  • We recently completed an upgrade to our system between the 20th/21st August and during this time it has stopped some users renewals being reactivated or new subscriptions being created.

    If you are unable to get connected on the app and you had either a new subscription or a renewal during 20th August/23rd August then please just open a support ticket and we will have it resolved for you.

    We are currently working our way through identifying the users and correcting the matter.
